It's a replica of the prop from Into the Spider-Verse that you can put a USB into.
Fits snugly with a USB that's around 33mm long and 14mm wide (Not accounting for the USB port itself). It may need to be adjusted for bigger USB sticks, but you can glue smaller ones in just fine.
GLUEING OR MELTING TOP AND BOTTOM RECOMMENDED
I had the best results by using a soldering iron to melt the bottom and top parts and sanding it down
