The file 'Tevo Tornado/Creality CR10 Y Belt Tensioner 3D Printer Model' is (stl,STL) file type, size is 1.3MB.
Inspired by skartz's semi-original design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2562946), and nzalog's remix (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2924457) of a Y belt tensioner for Tevo Tornados, Creality CR10s/Ender 3s, and other similar printers. Skartz's and this design do not use interchangeable parts.
The design features fewer parts, no support material, smaller footprint, better clearances without slop, and shorter print times, although it does require one extra M4x22 SHCS and one M4 nut (unless you use the m4 lock nut that's currently on your Y bracket). You will also need one M5x25mm hex head screw, and one M5 nut, just as the designs that inspired this one do.
If you use a toothed idler pulley, the screw head may not clear the edges of your pulley with the standard sled. I've added Y_tensioner_sled_ext to remedy this, which will give more clearance for the idler.
