The file 'Tevo Tornado X-Axis Pulley Wobble Fix 3D Printer Model' is (f3d,stl) file type, size is 85.3KB.
The Tevo Tornado is using two 8mm ball bearings on a 7.7mm screw as an idler pulley for the X-axis belt. This causes the bushings to wobble with 0.6mm offset. This wobble together with the incorrect position may causes vibrations on the X-carriage. This fix properly aligns the bearings for the belt. You need a M6 x 25mm screw (can be longer) and a M6 lock nut to replace the M8 screw. Tap the parts with the M6 screw first from the opposite side and align the notch with the bottom of the bracket. Lower the extrusion multiplier if the parts don't fit. This is a tight fit on design, the right extrusion multiplier is key to print this correctly. The Fusion 360 .f3d file is included if you need to make any adjustments.
Parts needed:
M6 x 25mm screw (Din912, Din7984, ISO7380)
