This part is a complete remake, in Fusion360 (.f3d and .step files available for download) , which includes a few improvements over the original design: fixed the gap where the left screw mounts; added bracing for the motor mount; added x carriage cable guide. The cable guide mounts on the x carriage, where the extrude motor used to be, using 4 M3 screws.
The STL files "Tevo_direct_drive_bmg_rot.stl" and "Tevo_cable_guide_rot.stl" should already be in the correct orientation, refer to the attached images. Supports are needed to successfully finish this print.
This fits my TEVO Tornado with a genuine BMG perfectly with no post processing (clones should work as well, they have similar dimensions). This may work on CR-10s/Ender, but I have not tested.
Oh and sorry for the cabling mess!. Waiting on some proper cable mesh + didn't have the time/energy to run the BLtouch cables through the plastic cable guides.
