Summary

I have uploaded a couple of pictures of the finished duals. Only difference is I used 3mm carbon fiber for the screw brackets.
Note: It was mentioned that there are a few holes missing, Sorry about that, Since I didn't print them I didn't notice. Easy fix for you guys though. :)
I have had it running for a couple of months now and it just runs constantly with minimal adjustment between prints.

This is a huge Improvement over the single screw.
Accuracy, Repeatability and speed, I run my DIT printer over 150mm/s with good results.

These are brackets for the Tevo Tarantula dual Z upgrade.
BOM:

2 screws 8mm X 2mm, I used kerk motion 3/8" X .1" lead w/anti back lash. (bottom bkt needs mod for other screws/nuts) You will also need to turn on end of screws to 5mm X 20mm with flat.
use hardened shim spacers .3mm on top of pully and top of coupler/collars.
2 20T pullys.
2 Idle pullys.
760mm X 6mm endless belt.
2 couplers/collars 5mm ID
2 bearings with flange 5mm id 10mm od
4mm bolt with T nuts for frame
