I recently bought a Tesla Model 3 with the highland refresh and was looking for a cover plate for the emergency release latch on the passenger side door to help avoid unintended use. I found TickTock's excellent Emergency Door Release Cover but upon printing it I found it was too big and did not fit with the updated door trim. I updated the model to remove a few millimeters off the side and it now fits for the the new Model 3 as well. The shape is slightly different in the new Model 3 so the contour not a perfect fit but close enough for my liking.
I'd recommend printing in PETG or some other temperature resistant material because it can get pretty hot in the cabin of the car.
