Summary

This is a custom-designed center cap for the Tesla Cybertruck, meticulously modeled to closely resemble the Tesla-designed hubs on the original wheel covers. The design is available in two versions: a one-piece model for straightforward printing and a two-piece model that allows for support-free printing. If you opt for the two-piece model, simply use epoxy to glue the pieces together for a secure fit.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Align the arrow on the cap with the valve stem on your wheel.
  2. Using your fist or the palm of your hand, give the center of the cap a firm smack. It will securely pop into place.

Removal Instructions:

  • To remove the cap, firmly push on the side with the arrow; this will leverage the cap out of the wheel hub.

I printed my prototype using PLA and finished it with truck bed paint to achieve a look that closely matches the Cybertruck’s plastic trim parts. This adds both durability and a consistent aesthetic to the design. I'm sure you can print in PETG or similar. May need to be adjusted for TPU though.

Enjoy your custom Tesla Cybertruck center cap!
