I got broken token organizer before the big box version of Terraforming Mars came out. I didn't want to toss the expensive wood inserts so I used it as base with the 3D tiles trays on top of it. It wasn't perfect but was good enough. Then they came out with "More Terraforming Mars!" so I had to figure out how to organize everything. I got a stand-alone mounted map box so that's where I put the maps.
I examined things and realized that there's a gap below the 3D tiles trays so I made a tray to hold the colonies in their acrylic cover, and made three trays on top that holds the randomized awards and milestones, and the extra 3D tiles for the Amazonis Planitia (I also put 2 of those in the empty tiles in the original trays)
I don't think this is compatible with the extension version where you extend the big box as it replaces the 3D tile tray top with a flat one. As you can see in the picture, it was a very snug fit. It also fit extra stuff I got from Big Box kickstarter and Etsy stuff, so hopefully this works for you as well
Note: I did not get Automa expansion, but if I did, that would go into the mounted map standalone box.
