Summary

I have ataxia so swinging a mallet straight and hitting a tent stake head is not an option for me. However, I love camping and sometimes I like to go by myself (so without someone else to hammer in the stakes). So I printed this little block that has a hole in the shape of the stake head so it slides into it. I can then put both of my hands on it (and not pierce them with the stake head) and hammer the stake in the ground with my upper body weight (like if doing CPR). And carrying this little block is much lighter than a big mallet would be. Of course, if the ground is particularly hard, this won't help. But I live in a humid climate (Quebec, Canada) where the soil is often damp, so I've been using it for a few years with success.

Or, if you can carry a mallet, this can just make the stake head bigger and easier to hit.

My tent has DAC triangular stakes, so it fits those, but if yours has classic tent stakes, I included the original Fusion file so you can remix it.

Printed in TPU cause it's much more comfortable for the hands.
