The file 'Tension Tool Holders 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 666.7KB.
I designed these holders to help keep tension tools organized (used for locksmithing/locksport).
When you have several tension tools in a case, they tend to point in random directions. This can cause issues when closing the case.
I have a Sparrows Sherman case which seems to have this problem more than others. I used to spend time trying to get my tension tools to lay flat before closing the case. Now I no longer need to worry about that.
Although I designed these for use in a case, they work great for keeping your tools organized outside of a case as well.
The STL files are sized for tension tools in these sizes:
.7mm / .028"
.8mm / .032"
1mm / .042"
1.2mm / .050"
Each holder is labeled with the size on the side of the holder.
I have also printed these in different colors to help distinguish between sizes. (I haven't updated the pictures yet though).
You can use the blank template to create holders in other configurations or make one holder that holds several different sizes.
I printed and tested these holders using an Ender 3 V3 SE, you may need to adjust the STL files or your settings to get the best results for your printer/tension tools.
