Summary

Log:

20.12.23: Use self tapping wood screws - m3 or m4, 40 to 50mm long depending on desk or table thickness to simply screw the mounting pieces as needed.

To make installation easier, I have split the design in half to give better access for adding screws.

You can use the front piece to help make a pilot hole for the rear mount piece - After making the hole and securing the piece to the desk or table, simply remove the front piece and replace it with the rear piece, the add the front piece in from of it.

Enjoy.

Updates from below made ... apart from additional print bit... maybe its not needed... screwing two screws in should be easy enough, though maybe tricky at rear hole ... thats what she said...

12.12.23:

I just realized I didn't even explain how this is meant to even work... sorry. So you remove the slide arm u shape thing from the tenga flip zero...then insert the tenga into this 3d print. You can use it for a vertical or horizontal slit/orifice orientation.

As it slips in - the friction of the narrowing track holds it in place.

The 3d print itself can be mounted to a monitor mount - vesa 75x75. This can be good for free movement from the glide and tilt of the monitor arm. It can also be mounted to a desk - either under or over. Simply, use 2 long screws through the side of the print.

  • I'm going to improve this so there are not so many unnecessary holes to bridge (it just needs 2) and also maybe just create a separate part to screw to the desk and this can dovetail slide in and lock like another track system for design consistency with the other tracked bits. The base is unjustified in thickness too - 20mm of plastic for what... will reduce to 7mm.

09.12.23:

Hi all, I was requested by a handy discord community member to create a desk mount for a Tenga flip zero.

Does anyone here happen to have a Tenga flip zero as well as a 3d printer to test print this?

Please try this out and feedback for improvements.
