These grip spacers are specifically designed for the Yamaha Tenere 700 when using Barkbusters handguards and Oxford HotGrips Pro (Adventure version, 132mm).
Each side has its own spacer:
The thinner spacer is for the right side (throttle).
The thicker spacer is for the left side (clutch).
These spacers perfectly close the gap without needing to trim the rubber on the hot grips.
I printed mine using ASA filament, which is UV resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 90°C / 200°F.
Important: Use at your own risk. Ensure that the throttle side spacer does not interfere with throttle movement. Small variations in bike setup or print settings may occur, so double-check that the throttle operates freely and without binding.
