Based on the Pokemon Go accessory: Pokemon Go Plus, it has the symbol of Team Instinct extruded on there (one version goes in, the other goes out); unfortunately it cannot be connected with your phone and tell you when a pokemon is nearby :(
You may need your own velcro or some sort of wristband thing if you want to wear this on your wrist.
If you have printed one, let me know how it went and if there is anything you think I should make modifications to, please feel free to let me know and I'll try my best to do it.
Edit: I re-did the Team Instinct logo to look like the one in game
If you download the parts and printed the top-mid-bottom, I recommend using hot glue to assemble them together
*Rafts and Supports are recommended since there will be hollowed spaces
