Alternative Name: "Office-ial" TF2 Dispenser
Based on Riddellikins model, but modified to fit small 1.5x2" Post-Its, two pens, and paperclips (in the bottom). The Post-Its do require some double sided tape to stay in place (I suggest using poster tape, I got mine from Staples) and a small compression spring (got mine off amazon).
Update: Finally got around to painting it. I used Plasti-Dip for the base coats and then Testor's model paint for the details. The "Provisions" sign was obtained from a papercraft website on the link below. Just scale it down to 50% and print on some paper.
