Summary

This is a scaled down model of the TARS robot from the movie Interstellar. I designed this replica model so that you it can pose it in different positions using magnets. I have tried alternate designs, including ones with axles that can be fitted in between the bearings, but using magnets seems to be the best alternative; you can easily move the parts to pose it in a different stance.

The magnets that are able to fit snugly into this model are 6mm x 3mm in dimension. You will need a total of 16 in order to properly connect all the limbs together. If you cannot find these at a local store, I've provided an Amazon link to purchase the magnets:

UPDATE: December 27th 2019

Scale the model exactly 997.81% on Cura or whichever slicing software you use in order for the magnets to fit.

I've also updated the Amazon link to provide you the right magnets
