Summary

I designed this handle in Solidworks 2014. The font used is called "Brothers" and is the font used by Ballast Point Brewery. I think it's a really sexy font. The handle features a 3/8"-16 brass threaded insert where it threads onto the tap. The insert was actually designed for wood (oops) and doesn't thread into plastic very well. I tried heating it up, no dice. I ended up just making the hole it threads into only about .010" smaller than the major diameter of the threads. Very little thread engagement, but it's not exactly a high-risk application.
The handle is printed in black PLA with .2mm layer height, 30% infill. It was printed on my Printrbot Simple Metal. Took about 3 hours to print, if I recall correctly.

The exact threaded inserts can be found on mcmaster.com (what can't be?)
