I designed this tool out of necessity after i started experimenting with tapping holes in printed parts. After years of tapping aluminum and steel parts manually i find that these "T" tools with the wide design is are pretty much idiot proof allowing a lot of torque and precision.
The design consists of three parts: the base, the lock and a M3X20 screw.
the lock slides into the base with a little pressure and clicks into place. The M3 hole needs to be tapped.
I've printed a couple of these and tested them on PLA and ABS parts.
