The file 'Tamper For Bugler Filter Cigarette Making Machine 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 10.9KB.
After the third time I misplaced the tamper for my single injector handheld Bugler Filter Cigarette Making Machine, I decided to model and print a copy.
For years I'd been rolling a pack at a time with my Premier Supermattic machine. A friend of mine who was using one of these cheap handheld machines told me he was able to cut down on his smoking by rolling only a single cigarette every time he wanted to smoke.
Not having cigarettes prepared in advance means that I have to go to the trouble of making a cigarette every time I smoke, and the end result is that I've actually cut my smoking by 1/2. I was smoking a pack a day, now I smoke 1/2 a pack per day.
I keep my little handheld machine in the garage with a bag of pipe tobacco and box of tubes. My Bugler machine and its tamper are dark blue, which easily camouflages itself on my dark gray simulated granite bench surface. When I was unable to locate my tamper this morning, I actually found it inside my bag of tobacco. I spent about an hour looking for the thing. I spent less time modeling and printing this model. I decided to print it in bright orange for visibility.
I printed it as modeled in the STL with my Anycubic I3 Mega without supports. My Anycubic has the Ultrabase surface so it prints easily on edge without a brim. Were I to print it on one of my plain glass build surfaces, I'd probably slap a piece of painters tape down, but adding a brim should do the trick also.
As mentioned, my machine is Bugler brand, but they are sold under many other brand names with the identical tamper, so this model should work for any of those as well.
