Tamiya Grasshopper, Hornet, Super Storm Dragon FRONT ARMS for OIL DAMPERS (C.V.A. SUPER MINI SHOCK UNIT SET)

If you want to equip your Tamiya Grasshopper, Hornet or Super Storm Dragon buggy with front oil dampers, simply replace the front arms with these 3D printed arms. Modifications to the chassis are not necessary! You only need a few extra nuts and bolts. If you use standard nuts instead of locknuts, do not forget to fix the standard nut with a drop of glue.

The white dampers in the pictures are from a TT-02 Chassis White Special Kit (Tamiya 47364).

• 2 x SPRING MOUNT (Tamiya 9805082) | Grasshopper: MD1 | Hornet: MD7 | Super Storm Dragon: MC10

What you need for Version A:
• C.V.A. SUPER MINI SHOCK UNIT SET (Tamiya 50746) HOLE to HOLE 55 mm (https://www.tamiya.com/english/products/50746/index.html)
• 2 x SCREW M3 x 10 mm + LOCKNUT
• 2 x SCREW M3 x 12 mm + LOCKNUT
• 2 x SCREW M3 x 16 mm + LOCKNUT

What you need for Version B:
• C.V.A. SUPER MINI SHOCK UNIT SET (Tamiya 50746) HOLE to HOLE 55 mm
• 2 x SCREW M3 x 10 mm + LOCKNUT
• 2 x SCREW M3 x 12 mm + LOCKNUT
• 2 x STEP SCREW 3 x 14 mm (Tamiya 50582)

Instead of a SCREW PIN 3 x 22 mm (Tamiya 9805755), the upright can also be fastened with a SCREW M3 x 25 mm plus LOCKNUT.
