Use spare bottle caps to make this tambourine. Just punch a small hole in the center of the caps and pair them up. You'll need four six packs worth of caps.
Print the two rings and thirteen pins. The pins may need some sanding. I didn't need glue since the pin fit was tight, but you can add some to keep it together.
