This is a custom 8x10 spring back for a 18x24 Talbot Romain field camera.
Designed from measurements of 8x10 film holders and the Talbot Romain camera.
You can grind the focus screen by hand using 500-600 grit on 2mm thick photo frame glass quite easily.
Only tools needed are a screw driver and whatever you use to take supports off of the prints and clean holes.
Only hardware required:
12 wood screws (I forget the exact size)
You may need to modify the view screen space in the frame to fit your glass, or cut your glass to fit the frame. This glass was bought as 8x10 picture frame glass from amazon.
