This is a Simple Ipad holder, it is adjustable for many different kind of Tablets /Ipads /whatever. There are 3 Holes in the Baseplate with an Angle of 120 degrees, so a Standart Ram Mount plate just fits perfectly. There is also enough space at the bottom part for your Power Connector /Lightining cable.
