I designed this holder for my Volvo V40 to be able to use my Huawei T5 10" tablet to use TOMTOM Navigator and a large screen. This holder does not require any drilling, gluing or damage to the Volvo dashboard. It fits into a channel around to the center console and remains absolutely still.
Furthermore, with two hinges it is possible to momentarily rotate the tablet forward to see the small Volvo infotainment display with information and the rear camera.
You can create a holder for your tablet by changing only the dimensions of that part and leaving the dashboard holder and hinges intact. The comfortable knobs allow you to fix the position to prevent it from tipping over during sudden braking. In any case, the rotation is limited to avoid tipping the tablet.
