I include a .gcode (ENDER 3), with the infill 100% until de screw starts, and then only the 40% of infill to make sure, it's more resistant the part touching the floor until the screw.
It depends on you, the grade of infill to make it harder depending of the use and weight of your stuff.
After printing, just hit the screw to make it go inside , it fits pretty tight.
