I made myself a sturdy and stiff 3D Printer table out of T-Slot Aluminum Extrusion. The size I used is the 1.5 Inch stuff.
I have two bars that both ends are exposed so I can slides things on to it from either side. I have elected to make a slide on filament roll holder. I sized it for the wider 5 kg rolls. It interfaces with two of the t-slots as seen in photos.
I used PLA, 50% infill with a Cubic Subdivison infill pattern, and .4mm layer height.
