While studying Industrial Design at university, I was assigned to create product illustrations. I wanted to achieve unique textures in my renderings and initially tried blowing ink off the end of my marker pen. This method was messy and imprecise, so I came up with a better solution: a DIY spray pen made from a plastic pipe.
Though the idea was shelved after graduation, the rise of 3D printing technology inspired me to revisit my sketches. After months of prototyping, I’m excited to introduce the Synio Spray Pen—a versatile tool for artists and designers seeking to create fine, textured effects with ease.
Now, I’m sharing this design for free to empower others in their creative process.
