Created as a prize for Faculty of Mathematics students competition. That's why I made math symbols. You can choose any symbol you like. I included the OpenSCAD file so you can create your own cutter. Please not that rendering can take a lot of time (up to 30minutes, depends on the symbol complexity).
You might want to scale up the cutters to avoid problems with cutting but I prefer small cookies.
It is important to have good cookie doug. Here is the receipe worked for me:
250g flour
125g butter (cold, right from the fridge)
Mix to crumbs.
Add 125g sugar powder.
Add 1 packet of vanillin (you can add cinnamon, nutmeg etc)
Mix it.
Add 1 egg.
Make dough Individually wrap all dough in plastic and refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll out dough on floured surface 5mm thick (1/5 inch). Cut the cookies. Remove dough from the outside of the symbols.
Preheat oven to 180C (355F). Bake 5 minutes. Cool completely.
