The knob broke off on the bottom of the formidable toy foam sword. I hot glued it one time, it got knocked off again.
I then drilled out a 1/2" hole, and printed out this extension.
I hot glued the extension in the base of the handle and into the knob and now it is much sturdier.
The original scaling of the file is in inches, so it probably needs to be scaled up by 254% to switch to millimeters.
