maxjenius's model is great, but I wanted a lower profile adapter so that the dpad didn't sit so high up.
This remix has the dpad sit lower closer to the face of the controller
My low profile one has the dpad parellel to the internal button board (but it makes the down direction stick “up” a little bit), while the lowest profile one sits parallel to the face of the controller
I personally use the lowest profile adapter
