This is a simple holder for a small victorinox swiss army knife tweezers (the kind that come with the SAK classic, 58mm). Perfect for use with an alox version where you still want the tweezers, the plastic can be removed from the tweezers and then you can put them on a tiny split ring (see photos).
Simply slide it up or down the tweezers to open/close
