I have a 99 QuadRunner 250 with 4in round factory headlights. I wanted to find something that was LED, had High/Low beam functionality and was 4in round. After some poking around I found these lights (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YC8ZHNY?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1). They were a little expensive, but it's the only thing I could find that fit the requirements.
These lights have a ground, high beam, and low beam wire. The switch on the ATV will only activate one wire at a time (Low or High). With these lights, I wanted both the Low and High beams on when the switch is in the high beam position. To do this I needed a SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) Relay, the wiring diagram is in the pictures.
You will need 3 nuts, bolts and washers. I don't remember the sizes, i’ll update later with that info.
I printed this in PETG with 7 wall layers and with 20% infill.
