This "Remix" of my previous print coolers integrates some useful feedback I received from people who printed and used the old versions. Although these worked fine for me, I have to admit they were designed quite tight and some people had problems with the cooler duct touching the nozzle or they had trouble getting the BLTouch in.

THANKS to everyone who provided feedback on the design!

Following points are updated / changed:

The distance between the cooling duct and the heating block is now large enough to avoid touching in any situation. This also leaves more space for the heater cables.
The section diameter of the cooling duct is increased to minimize pressure loss
The mounting requires only screws for the fans. The two components (print cooler and radiator cooler) are now held together exclusively by dove-tail friction joints
Cleaner and improved overall geometry
Added double fan version for those who need more cooling power

The radius of the cooling pipe leaves enoguh space between the 3D printed part and the heating block. However, I recommend that you insulate your heating block with fireproof insulation (you can find it in any 3D printer store or online) for 3 reasons:

To avoid the pipe getting heat deformations
To avoid cooling down the hotend and destabilizing the temperature PID controller
To avoid heating up the cooling air
