This remix is for laser cutter owners. It should be much quicker to produce and lighter.
Great results have been had with 1mm thick petg, lenstar (https://www.pacur.com/products/lenstar-plus?fbclid=IwAR1ceus-jD-KH39hO19bgLooxXfiHptIHoGZmyaUedsRNYRqhyaKj3Oesy8) and abs (only for those with proper setups and knowing the risks. EVA foam could also be used for light weight and comfort bu cannot be cleaned to any real medical standard.
UPDATE: One user has made 12000 out of lenstar and another has made 1200 out of abs.
