Changes I've made are moving the cable cutout to behind the locking tab to allow for not cutting the cable sleeve, and removing the top pull tab to fit into 2U cases.

This is a replacement fan housing with fan guard for the 3 center fans of my Supermicro CSE-836 case as I didn't want to cut up the original ones to fit my Noctua NF-A8 PWM fans. It should be compatible with loads of other Supermicro 2U/3U/4U cases including CSE-213, CSE-216, CSE-219, CSE-826, CSE-836, CSE-847, CSE-848.
This housing uses some pretty tight tolerances as there isn't much room so some size tweaking may be required.
