Summary

A bracket to mount an ATX power supply into the Supermicro PS/2 power supply slot of a Supermicro Superchassis CSE-743.

The bracket consists of the bracket itself which is mounted on the back of the chassis and the additional bracket arm which supports the power supply inside the chassis.

In my case both parts were made of aluminum by JLC3DP via CNC machining.

Mounting the ATX power supply to the bracket

The ATX power supply is fastened with four screws to the bracket.

  • 4x UNC6-32, Length: 7/8 inch (22.23 mm)
  • 4x Washer for UNC6-32

Mounting the bracket to the chassis

The bracket is mounted by multiple screws to the Supermicro chassis.
