The file 'SuperHeavy Booster (SpaceX) – Articulated 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 3.4MB.

Summary

This 3D printing design is a small, minimalistic and cute representation of the huge, complex and brutal (but still cute) SpaceX's SuperHeavy Booster.
With rotating print-in-place Grid Fins!
It's fully compatible with Articulated Starship!

The design consists of three parts, which should be printed separately:

  • SuperHeavy_Top.stl - Top part with articulated grid Fins and connector for the Starship. I made the grids 0.3mm thick. It prints perfectly well with 0.4mm nozzle using Prusa Slicer. However, I'm not sure, if other slicers can do the trick, so I also included the “SuperHeavy_Top_Grid0.4mm.stl” file with 0.4mm grid thickness. In my opinion, this grid looks a little too thick, but maybe it will be useful. The part should be printed on its bottom. No supports needed!
  • SuperHeavy_Body.stl - Main body part, has connectors for the Top part and the Engines. I printed it on its bottom with only user painted supports (they are not crucial, the overhang (bridges) prints ok even without them. I added supports more for the stability purposes). However, it's also possible to print it on top with supports. You decide.
  • SuperHeavy_Engines.stl - Engine block. It has 27 engines (which is a little bit less than the original rocket, but since it's a minimalistic version…). Should be printed on its bottom with no supports, but require good printbed adhesion. However, you can try to print it on top with supports.

The connectors between these parts are designed to be very tight. Additionally, you can always use some glue to secure them together.

The connection between the Starship and the Booster is more loose, so you can always dock and decouple them!

Note: this design does not aim to be an exact detailed recreation of any particular iteration of actual SpaceX's rocket. Just a stylized version of the whole system in general.
