This is a combination remix of 3 interesting designs of Lead Screw stabilizer, Filament guides and cable hanger.
You need to remove the lead screw to install this item with a T nut and bolt then add a 608 bearing then install the leadscrew you need a 608 2rs bearing 22mm x 7mm
