The file 'Sunlu S8 Compact Side Case Electronics Enclosure With Raspberry Pi 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 196.5KB.
I designed this case to allow the printer to fit into my 24" deep cabinet.
It allows the relocation of the case, control board, display and powers supply to the side of the printer instead of the front.
All parts can be printed on the Sunlu S8
A few items to note:
The sunlu stock power supply is 105mm wide, instead of the normal meanwell PS that is 115mm. Both sizes will work, but the Sunlu requires a 10mm spacer on the bottom.
There are accommodations for the EZABL pcb on the side.
This also requires either a USB connection or the use of a Pi Zero W2 and octoprint or similar, since the SD card slot is not easily accessible. You could also use a remote mount SD slot
The side case houses a Pi Zero W2 and a 24v to 5v dcdc convertor.
The photos are of older revisions, but are close enough for reference and assembly
Only the side cover and front should need support (Touching build plate)
