Convert the mm to inches (one mm is one inch). I'm an American carpenter. Not perfect but I make scale models before I build it out of wood. My son needed a swing set and I also wanted a swing for myself and the significant other.

Edit: After printing, the chains are an issue i cant figure out. i made a second file without the chains and just loops so string can be used and that worked for me.
