I used Sugru around the motor spindle, to close the motor container and around the wires to seal the motor container.
It's working great, it has been one week now that it's working with a phone charger (5V), it's just pumping it's own water and put it back in its aquarium, to test the waterproof capabilities of it.
Instead of Sugru you could use a Hot Glue Gun, it would work too, just make sure there's least bubbles in the glue as possible. You could also put some to glue the base and the casing to have no leaks.
You can use DVD/CD reader/burner motors.
"Protec.stl" : The cover for the motor container.
"Bas.stl" : The base of the pump.
"Housse.stl" : The case of the pump.
"Impeller.stl" : The impeller of the pump, I didn't changed it (see Remix Source File).
"Pompe.x3g" : If you have a Replicator 1 Dual, you can use this to print the pump at the
best settings I found, no need to export and everything in MakerBot Soft.
