Print from PETG with solid infill, you'll also need an M6 extension nut, M6 bolt, M6 washer and a 12mm OD, ~16mm length spring for assembly.
This fits directly on the existing finder shoe holes on most telescopes and you can just drill the two additional holes on the OTA in place. Base can be attached with M4 nuts and bolts.
The curved base is optimized for a 230mm OD tube.
