Sturdy and efficient dust separator cyclone for shop vac.
Several models for standard vac hose nozzle sizes.
Available models:
Inner diameter of cyclone inlet/outlets, fits standard hose nozzles:
1 1/4 inch (31.75 mm)
1 7/8 inch (47.63 mm)
35 mm
38 mm
50 mm
Wall thickness is 3 mm on all models. So add 6 mm to get the outer diameter of inlet inlet/outlets.
When printing:
Use support when printing top part for best result.
Use 3-4 walls to get the strongest result.
After print:
Glue top and bottom airtight together.
Acquire an airtight sturdy bucket.
Cut a hole in the center of the lid with same diameter as dust outlet of cyclone. Use cyclone as guide for center hole and mounting holes for bolts..
Mount cyclone airtight (use sealant like caulk) to bucket hole. 6 x 6mm or equal bolts are needed.
