User DRAWNBOX made a great handle but it wasn't tall enough for my needs. I simply made it taller. Its otherwise identical to his original design.
The distance between the top of the base and the bottom of the grip is 80mm. Overall height is 102mm. Total width is 175mm.
You will need x3 M4 screws and x3 T-nuts.
Printing recommendations:
Use at least 3 top and bottom layers and at least 3 perimeters. This will give you good strength and you can use more than that if necessary. 10% infill was fine for my needs. In PrusaSlicer, I placed a modifier cube over the 3 screw holes and made the modifier 100% infill. This makes the area around the screws super strong and eliminates the chance of cracked plastic when you torque down the screws.
