so i designed myself a new version of @daveM and @CDante Stream Deck/ Macro Keyboard

Since the version of DaveM's DIY Stream Deck only had 8 buttons i decided to create my own version. I than found the version with 12 Keys from CDante.
The code is nearly the same and can be found in the commentsection of CDante and DaveM (just add some extra F keys to the pins)

all switches need to be connected to the ground wire which than can be soldered to the ground pin on the Arduino micro Pro 5v ATmega32U4 5V

For the wireing is used something like a 22 AWG wire or thinner
I also designed 4 holes with threads for m3 screws (which worked perfectly)
i soldered the wires directly to the board since i got no female adapter (but you can also use a female adapter)
the hole in the back is for the micro USB-wire (quite a small micro USB cable)

so now the list what you need:
4x M3 screws
some 22 AWG wires or thinner (more colours is better)
Pro Micro ATmega32U4 5V 16MHz
12 switches (can be cherry or aftermarked)
Solder and soldering iron
