These are the parts you need to print for the box:
2 x storage part 1 (If you used self-adhesive-foil to cover the buttom of your tiles or anything that makes them thicker than the original files, print 2 x storage part 1 big)
1 x storage part 2
1 x storage top
1 x storage center (If you used self-adhesive-foil to cover the buttom of your tiles or anything that makes them thicker than the original files, print storage center big)
1 x storage center top
2 x gold (placeholder)
n x water island 1 or 2 (placeholders; depending how many water-tiles with islands you printed from the seafarers expansion here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1393862)

The biggest sices you need to print are 19.5 cm x 20.00 cm (7.67 x 7,87 inches). So make shure you're printerbed is big enough. For transporting the box, make sure that you grab it on the bottom, not the top...
