Storage Bin Organizer - Interlocking Modular Hanging System (v1.1)

This is my take on a modular interlocking storage bin system that works for me.

It can be screw mounted to the underside of a shelf utilizing the hanging mount.
The housing module slides in from the front onto the hanging mounts.

The storage bin has a groove to slip in a card for contents labeling and has divider slip to double the storage capacity if you have lots of items to store or you can use the removable cups if required. 2 more bins added.

I have provided 3 different hanging mounts, a 2x, 3x and 5x to hang any combination of housing modules.

Print as many or as little as you require, start with how you want to mount the system.

Print Settings.
No supports required.
Housing module is printed on end.
Cups printed on their base.
Hanging mount printed on its flat.
Bed module printed on is flat.
2x & 3x Cap trays printed on their edge with the interlock runners being perpendicular off the bed.

Print speeds obviously will differ from printer to printer.
I'm currently using Orca Slicer v2.1.1 to do my slicing and I use vairable layer height to generate the gcode.

Typically I have 2 wall loops, 4 top and bottom shells with vairable layer height Adaptive set to 0.6 and Smooth set to 7 with a mninimum layer height of 0.2 with a maximum layer height of 0.32. This helps keep strength, quality and speed of each part to be printed.

The tray takes me about an 60min to print, the divider slips in batches of 6 roughly 50min and the housing modules are printed in batches of 3 take roughly 7 hours.

Works for me.

Please note: I have removed the bed mount tray and the recessed top tray as they had a design flaw.
