The file 'STL Version Of 608ZZ Bearing To V-Slot Maker Rail Wheel 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 58.6KB.
While a work in progress we are turning a 608ZZ skate bearing (https://www.amazon.com/Bearing-Shielded-Greased-Miniature-Bearings/dp/B002BBD6X4/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1443304628&sr=8-3&keywords=608zz+bearing&linkCode=sl1&tag=diy3dtech-20&linkId=113761cf61ddbf4ff8e7a7f29104d441) into a V-Slot wheel for use with Maker Rail. There is a top and bottom press in bushing as well as two wheels. The first is a complete and the second is the same wheel split into two. The fit is tight and used a vice to press the wheel on. In addition there is also a 1/4" spacer (this 1/4" also takes into account the top bushing). Again this is a work in progress, however at $0.50 each verses $4.50 each the project seem worth while as the cost of V-Slot wheels add up quickly in any project.
