This 3D part is a Corvette Z51 emblem with beveled edges. Once printed each character needs to be sanded smooth. The sanded surfaces need to be prep with plastic adhesive to insure bonding of paint. Painting is a 3 step process, primed and sanded as required. Base cost 501Q Carbon Flash Metallic by Spectral Paint. Top coat Spray Max K2 Clear Coat. Cut 3M double-sided Mounting Tape (thin). Used the mounting jig to center and level the letters/characters as needed.
