My autocut broke, so I made these replacments. The outer part fits, the spool holder as well, the inner part is kind of a cover if the inner part breaks.
I used ASA on a Bambu Lab A1 (yes, you can :) - the simplified version without the bottom curve (ASA and ABS don't like curves in the Z direction). 260 degree Celsius, 100 bed, support, 55% infill density - honeycomb. ASA needs Dimafix or similar adhesive.
You can also use PETG, but it is not as strong as ASA or ASB. In that case the curved version is also ok.
