This 40mm fan mount pourpuse is to active cool the stepper-motors. It can be mounted in any 20x... extrusion. it has a honeycomb grill so cables can't interfear with the blades.
Added are 3mm holes for the fan and 4mm holes for the screws and slot-nuts.
